Geoff Tait – Founder & President, Triple Bogey Brewing Company

Special guest

Geoff Tait has built two distinct careers in golf - first as a pioneering apparel entrepreneur, and now as the founder of one of Canada's most beloved golf-centric beverage brands. Before he ever brewed a lager, Geoff launched Quagmire Golf, a funky, youth-driven golf clothing line that was years ahead of the curve. His work caught the attention of IMG and, eventually, Arnold Palmer himself, leading to a four-year partnership where Geoff helped rebrand The King's clothing line into "Arnie." That chapter included unforgettable moments - sitting with Palmer and Jack Nicklaus on a balcony at Augusta, designing for EA Sports' golf video games, and learning firsthand what it means to lead with class and authenticity.

When Quagmire collapsed due to business partner battles and rapid over-scaling, Geoff lost nearly everything. He cried on his living room floor, took a teaching job at Durham College, and quietly built the business plan for Triple Bogey Brewing Company. With zero brewing experience and a relentless commitment to slow, organic growth, he launched the brand in 2014. Today, Triple Bogey sells over $12 million in beer and ready-to-drink cocktails annually, is available in 600+ golf courses across Canada, and is now expanding into the United States. The company's flagship Grape Transfusion has become a cult favorite at the LCBO and beyond.

Geoff's story is a masterclass in entrepreneurial resilience. He believes the best investor is your customer, that customer service beats marketing budgets every time, and that golf - much like life - should be more about enjoying the round than obsessing over the score. When he's not dreaming up new flavors like the Fairway Fizz or plotting expansion into Michigan, Geoff is cheering on his two kids, Sawyer and Fiona, with his wife Megan by his side. His motto says it all: "Better hit another."
