Hoyt McGarity is a dynamic innovator in the world of golf-related business.

Named by Golf Inc. as one of the Top 20 Most Powerful People in Golf, Hoyt serves as President of 8AM Golf, working closely with Chairman Howard Milstein on new corporate strategies for the entire 8AM Golf portfolio. His role includes communicating and implementing 8AM’s vision, mission and direction in areas that include equipment, golf course design, publishing, tournaments and events, and hospitality and golf entertainment. Hoyt fosters synergies and efficiencies throughout the 8AM platform and pursues excellence in every 8AM brand.

Hoyt has a deep background in golf: As a player, an entrepreneur, and a business leader. He was a stand-out collegiate golfer at Lynn University and played competitively for more than four years on various professional tours. Hoyt then turned his energy to entrepreneurship, co-founding several companies, including True Spec Golf, before assuming the role of President and CEO of Miura Golf after Miura was acquired by Howard Milstein. Soon after, Howard Milstein consolidated his golf investments into a holding company, 8AM Golf, where Hoyt became President.
