Jeff graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Management before moving to Charlotte, NC to work for The Vanguard Group. Upon moving back to Myrtle Beach in 2008, Jeff began working in the golf industry booking packages for visiting golfers. He became Tournament Director for Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday in March 2012, running the Myrtle Beach World Amateur, Veterans Golf Classic and Palmetto High School Golf Championship.
They have since added four more annual tournaments and also operate the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship. Jeff is very happily married, and the proud father of a sassy 4 year old daughter and an awesome 2 year old son.
Jeff grew up in Cross Lanes, WV and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2001 to live with his brother and attend college.

How do you help grow the popularity of golf? By hosting the world's biggest golf tournament and after-party! Going into the 34th year, The Myrtle Beach World Amateur annually hosts players from the 50 United States and over 30 countries. 3,100 players teed it up in the 2016 tournament, and participation is expected to grow yet again. The event boasts 72 holes of net, stroke play on over 60 championship golf courses, followed every night by their massive "19th Hole" golf party. Players are placed in flights based on gender, age and handicap to keep the competition fun, fair and equitable.
