Rio Valeriano - Co-Founder and Principal at T36 Golf
Special guest
Rio has over thirty years in private industry focusing on start-ups and serial entrepreneurial practice. His deep experience ranges from Real Estate Development to raising capital, acquisitions, construction management and ownership.
Rio provides services in the golf entertainment sector, primarily in the analysis of existing public golf courses or resort operators burdened with underperforming golf courses. By introducing a proprietary golf course solution they redevelop the property with substantially less acreage for a T36 Golf course with 18 separate green complexes that can play as 36 with a blend of Par 5’s, 4’s and 3’s while releasing the additional acreage for higher and best uses.
Rio has achieved degrees from The College of William & Mary, University of Florida and University of Tennessee with concentrations in Architectural History, Civil Engineering and MBA, respectively.
