What if your business could generate revenue twelve months a year instead of just seven? ModGolf Podcast host Colin Weston sits down with Kyle Holmes, General Manager and Managing Partner of Quail Ridge Golf Course in Ada, Michigan, to explore how he and his business partner built The Nest - an eight-bay indoor/outdoor golf simulator facility with dual-mode bays that's keeping golfers playing (and paying) all winter long. Discover how this innovative golf entrepreneur turned a four-month off-season revenue gap into a year-round business opportunity while building community, breaking down barriers for beginner golfers, and scaling his vision for the future of public golf.
