Tim Markison is the Founder and CEO of Athalonz, a golf technology footwear brand that enhances athletic performance. Endorsed by PGA Champions Tour players Bernhard Langer, Fred Funk, Ken Duke and others, Athalonz is disrupting the golf footwear industry with its 16 patents that help produce 9% more power and better shot production.
Tim is also one of the leading US patent attorneys and is the only person in the country to be an inventor on more than 400 issued patents and to have drafted more than 3,000 patents. Tim used his technical and patent experiences to develop extremely valuable patent portfolios for his clients. Tim launched MPP with his co-founders Jim Dugan and Dave Fallon in January of 2023. MPP is building on, optimizing, and automating the patent strategies Tim has developed over the last 25 years, which have been used successfully to build two patent portfolios valued at over $1B and several that are valued in the $100s MM range.
