Tommy Southworth re-joined Southworth Development in 2019 as Acting CFO before transitioning into his current role as President & COO. Tommy has 10+ years of experience in finance, real estate development, and operations. He also serves as an investment professional at Claridge Venture Partners.
From 2017-2018, Tommy served as a Partner at Blue Star Innovation Partners, a private equity fund backed by Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys, focused on investments in software and payments businesses. Prior to that, Tommy served as the Project Executive for The Abaco Club on Winding Bay. Tommy spent the first five years of his career in investment banking at Needham & Company, ultimately as a Vice President, focused primarily on M&A advisory to technology companies.
Tommy is a graduate of Harvard University, with an AB in Economics.
